The hair beast or Hair Demon is a demonic beast in the foklore of Korea
Origin
Nobody knows exactly how long the Hair Beast has been around. The first time it was publicly heard of was in an abandoned city in North Korea. It was rumored that the woman of this city had to coat their hair in deers blood every night before sunset or the Hair Beast could get them. Those that couldn't would wake up tomorrow with rotting hair. Their hair would be covered in split ends and broken follicles. Along with a brittle texture and a dead look.
A few months later four children were playing in the woods of a village in Asia when it began to rain. The children rushed into a nearby empty shelter. They said that they could hear the sound of knocking on the door. They would look through a hole in the wall only to see the darkness. There was also the sound of a scraping on the wall. They waited an hour until one kid started to spontaneously bleed. The door was open but nobody else was inside the shelter except them. Plus it was daylight. One of the kids picked up a sharp glass object and began slicing his arm open. The other two fled out the shelter to find the village. They told the people how they didn't know what the Monster looked like but the doorknob was wet and they remember the darkness they saw out the hole in the wall even though it was complete daylight. Along with this the kids hair was permanently damaged.</nowiki>
Abilities
The Hair Beast has many capabilities. One of these is shape shifting. The monster can shape shift into any being. Another trait is its ability to possess other beings. If you think about the Hair Beast you are allowing yourself to be possessed. The Hair Beast is both a physical and a mental attacker. It can read your mind and find out your weaknesses of any kind the moment you think of it. Also it can cause you to feel muscle pains to causing you to have bloody wrists and rotting hair. Its saliva is poisonous as well. Any weaknesses it might have are unknown.
Appearance
The Hair Beast has many forms but its true form can be described as an old man. Very tall. With no hair and the only thing on his face is three black sunken eyes that resemble dark empty space. Also along the Hair Beast's mouth is rows of poison bacteria sheltered fangs. The skin of the monster is paler then the moon.
Where to look
The Hair Beast is usually sighted on foggy days or near public restrooms.
