Behavior
The wekufe is a companion of the kalku (black magician) who uses it for evil purposes such as making people sick or catching and to enslaving the souls of the dead that are not protected. In order to do so, the kalku would cause the wekufe to possess the body of a person.
Powers
The most powerful kalku would inherit the wekufe spirit of an ancestor who was also a kalku. In order to cure oneself of a wekufe, the sick person should seek the aid of the machi shaman.
