R'lyeh
R'lyeh is the city where the Great Cthulhu and the other Great Ones wait in a deep slumber ("Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn." which translates to "In his house at R'lyeh dead Cthulhu waits dreaming.") It is described in the works of H.P. Lovecraft as geometrically incorrect. The walls ooze slime and have incomprehensible scriptures. This city lies under the ocean where it sunk billions of years ago before humans ever walked on the Earth.
